A process that produces something real
The Personal Folio Workshop runs three hours and ends with a completed, printed folio in the participant's hands. That is not typical of workshop formats, which often conclude with a plan or a draft. The Folioheir framework is structured specifically to reach a finished physical output within the session time.
The Heritage Documentation Block follows a similar discipline: three sessions, each with a clear purpose, ending in a printed booklet rather than an ongoing conversation.

Attentive, considered facilitation
Small cohort sizes mean facilitators can adjust the pace and depth of a session in response to what participants actually bring. A heritage story with unexpected complexity gets more time. A participant who works quickly through the standard prompts gets more challenging ones.

The Folio as a physical object
The finished personal folio is a bound physical document, not a PDF or a digital profile. It has no dependency on any platform, subscription, or device. It sits on a shelf and is accessible to anyone who can read it.
Heritage work as a structured block
The Heritage Documentation Block is designed as a three-session sequence with a defined scope agreed at the start. This structure is uncommon; most heritage work is open-ended. The defined scope means participants know what they are committing to and what they will have at the end.
Membership track for sustained updating
A folio that is never updated becomes a record of who you were, not who you are. The Annual Folio Membership is a structured way to keep the document current — quarterly calls, prompts, and an annual printed addition built into the fee.
No data held after the session
Folioheir's privacy practice is simple: participant materials are not stored. This is stated clearly and is built into how sessions are run. It is not a standard feature of workshop or coaching services; it is a deliberate choice that reflects the sensitivity of the material involved.
